BACH Lutheran Mass in G, BWV 236. Ilanna will sing the alto solo in the 4th movement of the Bach alongside soprano, Eden Bartholomew.

In celebration of the San Diego Museum of Art’s centennial and Opera Neo’s 15th Anniversary Season, Ilanna will take part in an “exhibition” of art songs is curated to explore and complement some of the works of art in the museum’s galleries, spanning several centuries of art history and bridging multiple continents. The performance with Opera Neo Artists will be accompanied by immersive projections, and directed by Samantha Fox and Beatrice Huang.

Sparkling with effervescent ensembles and impeccable comedic timing, the opera offers a playful yet pointed look at love, identity, and the challenge of being true to oneself. Peter Kozma directs the production and conducts the Opera Neo Orchestra.
